Buddy's Toys FAQ's Regarding Our Terms & Conditions for Ordering and Shipping Information
Please Print and save these Terms and Conditions. A copy of your order should be on its way via email once you've received a screen that says "Order Successfully Transmitted". If you do not get a copy via email then you did not enter your correct email address. Use our email: cheryl @ buddystoys . com when you have questions.

1. How will I find out if something has been updated or if there is important news?
Click here to be added to our Email List. We strongly suggest this as many items are very limited. We give our email list customers first choice on preordering.
2. What types of Payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express. Please make sure you have a valid daytime or evening phone number and valid Credit Card Number on file with us to guarantee shipment of your Order. Customers will be responsible for all shipping fees at time of invoicing. Customers with a valid and working credit card on file will be shipped first. If we call or email you regarding an "invalid" or "declined" credit card you have 48 hours to get back to us with payment or order will be cancelled. It is the customer's responsibility to keep us apprised of a current email address. We Accept PayPal for In Stock Items Only and will send a Paypal invoice to you when we have a total on your order. We cannot hold preorders based on a request for payment via Paypal.
3. There is no shipping fee on my order. What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping Charges will be Added Per Shipment based on Invoice Total for in stock items shipping together.
$.01-$34.99 = $6.95 with the exception of diecast cars or anything over 2 lb then move to next price shown.
$35.00 - $64.99 = $9.95 (UPS)
$65.00 - $89.99 = $10.95 (UPS)
$90.00 - $114.99 = $12.95 (UPS)
$115.00 - $174.99 = $14.95 (UPS)
$175.00 - $199.00 = $16.95 (UPS)
$199.01 and up $18.95 (UPS)
International and Canada:
International we will charge you ACTUAL SHIPPING plus a $5 handling fee. Canada we will charge you actual shipping plus a $5 handling fee. We ship International and Canada via the Post Office.
Regular Buddy's Toys customers may receive shipping discounts on their orders. We try to combine invoices if items arrive within a short time period of each other. Combined invoices will have additional shipping of $2 per item.
4. Can I return the item I ordered?
No. Because these are collectibles we DO NOT accept returns or refusals once items are charged and shipped. Once you order via credit card you are accepting these Terms & Conditions and chargebacks will not be allowed.
5. Can I cancel my preorder?
No. At Buddy's Toys, a pre-order is intended to reserve quantities of new, but still unreceived collectible offerings. We advise you to keep records of all your pre-orders in case of a discrepancy. Cancellation on pre-orders after 15 days of placement of order will result in a 15% restocking fee. Items sometimes vary from initial description. Buddy's Toys is not responsible if the manufacturer changes the production number, design, or packaging of a collectible offered for pre-sale. Buddy's Toys reserves the right to limit, cancel or allocate preorders.
6. When will my preorder ship?
Preorders are for items advertised for release but with no "exact" release date. If you see a month in the "stock/status" column, that is the expected release date from the manufacturer. We receive our product approximately 30 days after it is shipped from China. Be patient and Learn to use the Search feature to see if your Item is "I/S" In Stock. Please do not email and ask.
7. Is my item in stock even though the website says it is?
Most of the time Yes. Especially for current year product. However from time to time we offer sale/closeout items and only have one or two of each. These orders will be filled first come first serve. We fill the orders, ship, and then update the website. So the item you ordered might not be in stock. On sale items give 10 working days and if your card has not been charged contact us. Please DO NOT send checks or money orders without checking "stock" with us first. Do not send checks or Money Orders for Multiple Items if they are Pre-Orders without including proper shipping. If you do this we will put your funds "on account" and add shipping per invoice.
8. I forgot what I had preordered with you? Can you send me a list?
At your request we will send you a copy of your back order report allowing you to keep abreast of what you have ordered. Give us time during the busy parts of the year.
9. I am outside the US. Can you please mark my package as a "gift" for customs?
No, we cannot. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, customs charges, and/or brokerage fees assessed by their government and the delivery carrier. We are not responsible if items are held up in customs. No returns or refunds allowed on international shipments. International shipments will be charged actual postage plus a $7.95 s/h fee. We will ship Internationally two ways (1) payment via PayPal (2) payment via Credit Card but you must give us the phone or fax number of the Issuing Bank so that we can check that your billing address matches your order.
10. I received a damaged item. Can I return it?
Yes you can. Please email within 48 hours. Include in the email the Item#, Your Complete Name as shown on your invoice, and address as shown on the UPS Label. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Keep all packaging until we can contact you.
11. I emailed you xx days/hours ago and have NOT gotten an answer yet!
We are an owner-run business. I try to check all emails daily and try to answer as many as possible. The more emails I get asking the questions above, the further behind I get. Be Patient.
12. I chose "Call with Credit Card" when I ordered. How and when do I contact you?
You can call between the hours of 12 noon and 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. If this is inconvenient for you email the BEST time for us to call you and we will do so. We will only try once. 13. I emailed you about an "urgent" issue and have not heard back from you. What do I do?
Send the email again and put the word "Urgent" in the title so I will notice and read it before any other emails.
