Chevrolet, started racing Street Stocks at the age of 17. In 1998, Dale Jr. ran
his first full-time Busch Series racing schedule, resulting in 6 wins and his
first of two consecutive Busch Championships. In 2000, Dale Jr. started racing
full-time in Cup Series capturing 2 wins. As of the start of the 2008 season,
Dale Earnhardt Jr has recorded 7 poles, 17 wins, and 3 top 5 finishes in the
final Cup point standings. He now has won the Bud Shootout in the
National Guard Car and the Gatorade Duel at Daytona in the Amp Energy Car.
